Profile:
The e-NGN (e- Next Generation Networks) Research Group
The e-NGN (e- Next Generation Networks) research group is an initiative of African and Arab researchers on the question of how to take part in the innovation, development and research within the framework of the rising generation of the networks on an African and Arab scale. It is no longer necessary that Africa and the Middle East continue to play the part of the simple user of technological innovations. This work will be realized in collaboration with our colleagues from Europe, North and South America as the research group EATIS (www.eatis.org).
These ideas and these projects may seem as a dream which is difficult to realize on the level of Africa and the Middle-East. But, within the e-NGN group we are very confident that this dream will come true. However, this can become a reality only with the awakening and the confidence which the industrialists and governments can have in their researchers, especially that the great majority of these researchers have already proven their reliability in Europe and America and aspire to do the same for Africa and the Middle-East.
